C-Scape opened our doors in 1995, incorporating in 1996, as a consulting firm for construction software. In 1999, C-Scape Inc. became the reseller of several construction software products, using Sage ACT! as the CRM [Customer Relationship Management] tool to manage contacts - prospects, clients, strategic partners, vendors - as well as sales opportunities and marketing.
Cindy Gavelek, Vice President of Business Development, and her team, achieved and exceeded C-Scape's sales goals. As a result of her ongoing success using ACT! to assist her with CRM since 1989, in 2006, Cindy became a Sage ACT! Certified Consultant. Her extensive background in sales and sales management, combined with her years of experience as a power user of ACT!, plus her certification, enables her to offer an array of services to Sage ACT! users large and small, near or far.

Cindy has been a sales, marketing and management professional since 1982. Cindy's background includes selling B2B & B2C, in a variety of industries, including weight loss, temporary help, insurance managed care, on hold phone services, skin care/cosmetics and construction software. Cindy's experience in local, regional and national sales and management provides her with a broad sales perspective.
She has worked in and consulted with large corporate, medium and small business and non-profit-environments, so she understands and can work with the needs of all parties in various business scenarios. Cindy's understanding of and experience in all aspects of business - sales, customer service, mid and upper level management and owners i assists her clients in using and benefiting from Sage ACT! and it's add-ons.
Earning her Master's Degree in Education in Adult Training and Development in 1993, Cindy found that the methods and psychology of adult learning apply to sales and management as well as classroom, individual and group training in business.
As a power user of ACT! since 1989, Cindy has done it all - from sales and customer service to accounting, adminstration, management and training. Her experience using ACT! to manage both her own and others sales processes throughout her career, and today, Cindy continually fine tunes how best to use ACT! to be a successful team player in organizations of all sizes.
In 2006, Cindy earned her Sage ACT! certification so that she could use her experience to help others use ACT! as effectively as possible in their respective businesses.
As a successful authorized, award winning reseller and Certified Sage ACT! Consultant, Cindy deonstrates ACT!'s broad feature set and benefits to potential new users, to users considering an upgrade from a prior version and to existing users of all versions to help them use ACT! more efficiently in their business.
