Calendar View Plus for ACT!
Tighter data coupling with your database
- Multiple Column: Divide your ACT! calendar into a column for each user or resource. View multiple employees or multiple delivery vehicles. Select an ACT! column/field as the header, such as: Users, Resources, Types, Priorities or choose dynamic columns such as Groups or Companies.
- Display the data you need: Display any ACT! data from either the activity itself or the contact. You can select multiple ACT! field that wrap to the next line on the calendar. Calendar View Plus for ACT! dramatically enhances ACT's calendar views allowing you to change what fields are displayed on the appointments. Appointments display with multiple user-selected fields from both the activity and contact tables. It even displays the contents of the details. Select an unlimited number of fields to display, which will also appear on the printed calendar.
Birthdays and annual dates: Display ACT's annual date fields, such as Birthdays or renewal dates Print it, sort it, filter it.No 10 User Limit: Display more then 10 ACT! users at a time.
Appearance and Formatting
- ACT Interface: Seamless once loaded, you can 'toggle' between the Calender View Plus [CVP] view and ACT's native view by going to the "About" window in CVP, and turning off the master switch.
- New Toolbar: The ACT! addon toolbar is displayed at the top of each view. This new addon toolbar displays all of the additional features included with Calendar View Plus. Right-click on the list or view to expose CVP popup menu.
- Appearance: CVP offers many advanced formatting features that offer more control over how appointments are displayed. Conditional formatting can be done effortlessly using "Color Rules" that compromise conditional formatting, such as, "IF Id/Status = 'Customer' display as GREEN" or "IF Priority = High paint background RED"
Enhanced Print Functions
- Printing what you need: Calendar printing no longer cuts off activity-related information. With CVP's exclusive "Word Wrap" functionality all critical activity information will print.
- Printing in Color: Print functions within CVP easily achieve WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) printing of the active list or view in ACT!
- Printing Appearance: Customized print options - ont name, size and type - separate from the on screen setting, allows for larger and different printed calendars.
- Export to Excel: One button export to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, HTML or XML formats.
- Activity Filtering: Filter appointments on multiple conditions.

- Advanced Docking: By using the movable filter panel feature, users can auto hide or dock any panel, permitting better use of the application workspace. Panels can be hidden, stretched to the height of the screen., or moved and docked to the left or right for easier access.
- Dual Monitor hardware support: Drag your calendar item to a second screen. Dual or multi monitored hardware configurations are supported.
